TLAM- I^δ1LV^proS-¹³CH₃ is an optimized kit to produce proteins with ¹³CH₃ isotopomer on regio and stereo-specific methyl groups of isoleucine, leucine and valine residues. This kit has been tested with protein isotopic labeling in E. coli. It is used in the detection of structurally meaningful long-range and intermolecular NOEs restraints in solution NMR spectroscopy.
