General description

Chelating Sepharose® Fast Flow is a BioProcess IMAC medium, designed for purifying native and recombinant proteins and peptides that have an affinity for metal ions.Chelating Sepharose® Fast Flow is composed of cross-linked 6% agarose beads modified with iminodiacetic immobilized to the base matrix by stable ether linkages and sufficiently long spacer arms.Chelating Sepharose® Fast Flow is supplied free of metal ions, allowing the user to charge it with the most appropriate metal ion for purification of a target protein.Chelating Sepharose® Fast Flow is available in a range of different bulk pack sizes for easy scale-up and process development.
