Sephacryl filtration gels aid maximum recovery and minimum nonspecific adsorption with long-term chemical and physical stability resulting from the hydrophilic, rigid allyl dextran/ bisacrylamide matrix. S-100 HR is ideal for separating peptides and small proteins whilst S-200 HR and S-300 HR can be used for purifying antibodies, serum and mid sized proteins and S-400/500 HR for polysaccharides, macro molecules and small plasmids.
