Fast qPCR Buffer, 4x is a novel buffer system that has been designed to be combined with a high-quality hot-start Taq DNA polymerase such as MDX008, to deliver highly reproducible, accurate assay results under fast thermal cycling conditions, delivering excellent results in fast qPCR assays.

Fast qPCR Buffer is a combination of the latest advances in buffer chemistry together with enhancers and stabilisers. The final mix still requires the addition of dNTPs and MgCl2.
