General description

Pharmaceutical secondary standards for application in quality control, provide pharma laboratories and manufacturers with a convenient and cost-effective alternative to the preparation of in-house working standards.Menadione is an antihemorrhagic compound and it finds application in blood clotting and bone metabolism as an essential cofactor. Additionally, at relatively higher dose, menadione exhibits antitumor activity on several human cancer cells.
