Hi-throughput dUTP qPCR Lo-ROX is fast, highly reproducible real-time PCR master mix containing a passive reference dye that has been designed with a highly optimised buffer chemistry and hot-start DNA polymerase, to deliver excellent results and very low background, allowing greater sensitivity.

Hi-throughput dUTP qPCR Lo-ROX master mix contains Taq polymerase, reaction buffer, dNTP, MgCl₂, stabilisers, PCR enhancers, and ROX dye. However, the dTTP has been substituted for dUTP, so that Uracil DNA Glycosylase (UDGase) can be added to remove background PCR carryover product contamination. The Hi-throughput dUTP qPCR Lo-ROX is compatible with qPCR instruments having the capacity to analyse the qPCR data with the passive reference signal either on or off, as well as instruments that do not require the use of ROX, making it ideal for multiplex assays where there is a greater risk of false positives from cross-over contamination.
