Application

Tetramethyl-Rhodamine-5-dUTP has been used in the labelling of DNA fragments and in the synthesis of fluorescencein situ hybridization (FISH)probes.

Tetramethylrhodamine is bound to deoxyuridine triphosphate via an amide linkage.
