C8-BTBT is a conducting polymer with [1]benzothieno[3,2-b][1]- benzothiophene (BTBT) as the base material for the development of air-stable semiconductors. It can form a spin coated thin film that can be used as a p-type semiconductor with charge mobility of 43 cm2V-1s-1.
