Application

MAS-100 ISO NT® Easy clean Base for Sampling Head, Stainless Steel, with Tri-clamp and screen gasket is used for microbial monitoring of ambient air with MAS-100 Iso family microbial air samplers in isolators, RABS and high-grade cleanrooms. Microbial air sampling devices are extensively used in Pharmaceutical applications.

General description

MAS-100 ISO NT® Easy clean Base for Sampling Head is an additional accessory designed to be specifically used for MAS-100 ISO NT® and MAS-100 ISO MH® It is compatible with perforated lids made from stainless steel. The MAS 100 Iso family has been specially developed for monitoring and measuring the microbiological contamination at fixed sampling locations in cleanrooms, RABS and isolators. The sampling head is made of stainless steel with tri-clamps and can be sterilized by gas decontamination or by wiping with cloth. The passive petri dish support is for horizontal mounting only. A tri clamp of 21.7mm internal diameter and 50.5 external diameter is used to connect the tubing with the sampling head base and the instrument. The silicone screen gasket is used to seal the tri clamp connections on instruments of the MAS-100 Iso product family and prevent the instrument from contamination with bigger particles.
