Bond Polymer Refine HRP Plex Detection offers researchers the ability to completely tailor their approach to chromogenic multiplex staining. The base platform of peroxide block, post primary and HRP polymer can be combined with a bespoke combination of chromogens and your counterstain of choice. This detection system is essential for fully automated chromogenic multiplexing. The reagent tray is registered on the research BOND stainer with one barcode. Additional reagent containers (eg chromogens and counterstain) can be added to the user’s preferred configuration.
