Determine nitrogen and protein content - more secure than with the Kjeldahl method: Nitrogen determination using the Dumas method takes place in a compact, closed system, mainly without the use of hazardous chemicals. This in turn leads to more space and work safety in the laboratory. You can use your fume cupboard flexibly for other tasks and systems. A faster analysis time and more efficient sample preparation than with the Kjeldahl method lead to considerable time savings and significantly lower operating costs. The patented autosampler prevents samples from being mixed up. Thanks to the high variability in the sample sequence, you can flexibly "insert" urgent samples. 80% solid samples today and 70% liquid or pasty samples tomorrow? No problem for N-Realyzer. Thanks to the 2-stage water separation, the water content of aqueous samples is completely removed. Your benefit: You can analyse aqueous samples in series without risking the failure of your device.
Low operating costs for nitrogen analysis are guaranteed: In operating mode, helium or argon as a carrier gas guarantees the highest possible analytical precision and flexibility. If you use helium as a carrier gas due to a specific sample matrix, you benefit from the helium-saving function with the help of the helium-saving kit. This allows N-Realyzer to switch from helium in operating mode to argon in standby mode. This way, you maintain analytical quality and make optimal use of both gases. However, the system can also run completely on argon in both operating and standby mode without any problems. This can significantly reduce the cost per sample. The N2 detector in the N-Realyzer is designed to work with high precision without the usual reference cell. Your benefit. The nitrogen analyser uses 50% less helium than other systems.
