No more damaged autosampler needles or sample loss

Short thread polypropylene caps fit short thread vials. Caps are available in different colors, septum materials, and open or closed configurations to suit your application. UltraBond cap and septum form a one-piece unit using a bonding process without adhesives for contamination-free results. Pre-slit septa prevent vacuum forming inside the vial.

Ensure septa is not deformed due to overtightening—extends the life of your needle
Prevent sample evaporation due to poor vial-septa-cap sealing
UltraClean™ high-purity septa are optimized for GC and headspace analysis
Select caps with UltraBond® septum to avoid sample contamination
