Australia carries the best possible rating in relation to Geographical Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (BSE) Risk (GBR) as designated by the Scientific Steering Committee on the Geographical Risk of Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy. The classification for Australia is GBR Level I.

General description

Preparation Note
