The GL 14 caps and tubing inserts allow the DURAN® GL 45 2/3 port tubing connection caps or GL 45 / GLS 80® stirred bottle reactors to be used with four different rigid or semi-rigid tubing outer diameters (1.6, 3.0, 3.2, or 6.0mm). The different sized inserts form a tight seal around the pass-through tubing when used with the blue GL 14 tubing cap. Sterile pressure equalisation is possible through use of 0.2µm syringe filter set. Unused ports can be sealed off with a red PBT GL 14 screw cap.
