General description
The PDGFRB (platelet derived growth factor receptor β) gene is mapped to human chromosome 5q32. It encodes for a receptor tyrosine kinase.
Immunogen
A peptide corresponding to the C-terminus of human CD140b.
Physical form
Solution in phosphate buffered saline containing 50% glycerol, 1% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide.
Specificity
This antibody reacts to human CD140b (PDGFR-beta) (Platelet-derived growth factor receptor beta).
