General description
NO66 is a lysine-specific demethylase that removes methyl groups from histone H3 at lysine 4 and lysine 36. This enzyme has been shown to more readily demethylate trimethylated H3 ′Lys-4′ (H3K4me3) and monomethylated H3 Lys4 (H3K4me1) consistent with its role in modulating the histone code. This protein is a highly conserved, constitutive nucleolar component that shows a dual localization pattern with strong enrichment in the granular part of nucleoli and in distinct nucleoplasmic entities.
Immunogen
KLH-conjugated linear peptide corresponding to human Histone lysine demethylase NO66 near the N-terminus.
Epitope: Near N-terminus
