General description

SWI/SNF-related matrix-associated actin-dependent regulator of chromatin subfamily A member 5 is a protein encoded by the SMARCA5 gene in human. A member of the SWI/SNF family proteins with helicase and ATPase activities that are thought to regulate transcriptions by altering the chromatin structure around the target genes.

Immunogen

GST-tagged recombinant protein corresponding to human SMARCA5 near the N-terminus.
