Physical form

Affinity purified immunoglobulin. Liquid in 10 mM HEPES (pH 7.5), 150 mM NaCl, 100 µg/mL BSA and 50% glycerol.

Specificity

Postsynaptic density 95 (PSD-95). The antibody recognizes a protein of ~95 kDa corresponding to PSD-95 in lysates from rat brain hippocampus. An additional band of ~44 kDa may also be seen depending on sample and antibody concentration used.

The immunogen has 100% similarity with human and mouse.

Storage and Stability

Maintain at -20°C in undiluted for up to 6 months after date of receipt. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Do not store in a self defrosting freezer.
