Application
Western blot: 1-10 µg/mL using ECL. AE1 has a molecular weight of approximately 90-100 kDa. It aggregates easily forming dimers and multimers. It may also be proteolytically processed to smaller fragments of 60, 40 and 20 kDa.
ELISA: 1-10 µg/mL using 1 µg/mL control peptide per well.
Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.
