Routinely evaluated by immunoblot in RIPA lysates from HEK293m cells that had been stimulated with 50 ng/mL of PDBu for 10 minutes or PMA stimulated A431 cells.

Storage and Stability

Maintain for 1 year at 2 to 8°C from date of shipment. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
