General description

HiTrap^® Phenyl FF (Low Sub) are prepacked Phenyl Sepharose^® 6 Fast FLow columns for hydrophobic interaction chromatography (HIC). The columns are used for small-scale protein purification as well as for screening of binding and elution conditions.
