CNBr-activated Sepharose^® 4 Fast Flow is a well established, pre-activated chromatography medium for coupling of large amino-containing ligands.CNBr-activated Sepharose^® 4 Fast Flow is based on the well established Sepharose^® Fast Flow platform. The resin is composed of cross-linked 4% agarose beads that has been pre-activated with cyanogen bromide.
