Application

Inositol Snoopers^® has been used to obtain qualitative information about the binding of phosphatase and tensin homolog (pten)and its derivatives to anionic lipids.It has also been used to study lipid-protein interactions, characterize lipid-binding antibodies and identify novel lipid-interacting proteins of potential therapeutic value.

General description

Avanti Inositol Snoopers^® consist of 13 different lipid species spotted individually on a solid support. Each spot contains 1 µg of the highest quality pure lipid and is ideal for investigating lipid-protein interactions.
