SLS Enhances Online Customer Experience with New Order Tracking and Stock Information Features

We are pleased to announce a series of new and enhanced online services designed to give our customers greater visibility and control over their orders. These updates are available to all customers with a registered account.

Back in April 2023, we introduced real-time stock information directly on each product landing page, enabling customers to check availability before placing an order. Building on that foundation, the latest enhancements focus on post-order transparency.

New features now available include:

  • Order Status Tracking – Customers can now follow the progress of their orders from receipt, through processing, to shipping and final despatch.
  • Online Delivery Notes – Available for every order, including part-orders for multiple shipments, giving customers instant access to important documentation.
  • Detailed Delivery Status – For each order line, customers can view:
    • Collection date and time from our warehouse
    • Progress updates from the courier’s depot
    • Confirmation of delivery to the customer’s premises

If delivery details are not yet visible online, an enquiry link connects customers directly to our Customer Services team for assistance.

These improvements form part of our ongoing commitment to providing customers with timely, transparent and easy-to-access information throughout the purchasing and delivery process.
