Lindane is an organochlorine pesticide and has been investigated in the water and sediments to evaluate their current pollution levels and potential risks.Influence of temperature, moisture and pH on degradation and degradation kinetics of lindane during vegetable waste composting using full-scale continuous rotary drum composter (FSCRDC) has been reported.Photo-oxidation of lindane in aqueous solution with titanium dioxide as the photocatalyst has been investigated.Degradation of lindane by nanoscale zero-valent iron has been investigated.
