Charles River human CD3+ T cells are isolated from fresh leukopaks using either negative immunomagnetic cell separation techniques (positive selection also available), and are then cryopreserved using CryoStor CS10 media and stored in vapor phase liquid nitrogen. The CD3+ T cells are tested post-thaw to ensure high cell yield, viability, purity, and quality.
