Application

When supplemented with Millipore's serum-free Neuro2 and Neuro27 supplements this medium supports the monolayer differentiation of mouse ES and iPS cells to neurons.
When supplemented with bFGF, EGF and the serum-free Neuro2 and Neuro27 supplements this medium supports the maintenance and expansion of neural stem cells.
