Specificity
Reacts with DNA/Histone 1. The antibody can be used to stain nuclei of all species and to identify necrosis. By immunohistochemistry, the antibody shows dense staining of nuclei with no staining of nucleoli observed.
Storage and Stability
Maintain at -20°C in undiluted aliquots for up to 6 months from date of receipt. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
