The SLS Lab Basics Max Monocular and Binocular II microscopes provide a cost effective micrsocope ideal for under and post graduate teaching laboratories. Ideally suited as a routine bench top microscope where prolonged usage is not the norm, the unit is compact enough to allow for storage and handling between different locations within a teaching environment.

- Available with Achromatic, Planachromatic and Plan infinity corrected objectives: 4X, 10X; 40X spring loaded, 100X (oil) spring loaded
- Precondenser (removable to accept mirror)
- Condenser: Brightfield Abbe NA 1.25, iris diaphragm and filter holder, rack and pinion focussing adjustment
- Stage: 140 x 140mm, 75mm transversal movement and 50m longitudinal, nonius reading up to 0.1mm
- 20W/6V halogen bulb
