General description

An oxindole compound that serves as a negative control for PKR Inhibitor (Cat. No. 527450). Shown to be inactive in the inhibition of RNA-induced PKR autophosphorylation (IC₅₀ >100 µM). Exhibits no ability to rescue the translational block imposed by human PKR.
