Primary TargetFluorogenic caspase-3 substrate
Km = 9.7 ± 1.0 µM for cleavage of this substrate by caspase-3
General description
Fluorogenic CPP32/Apopain substrate. Cleavage of this substrate by CPP32/Apopain shows Michaelis-Menten kinetics (Km = 9.7 ± 1.0 µM). Cleavage can be monitored by excitation at 380 nm and emission at 460 nm.
Fluorogenic caspase-3 substrate. Cleavage of this substrate by caspase-3 shows Michaelis-Menten kinetics (Km = 9.7 ± 1.0 µM). Also a substrate for caspase-6, caspase-7, caspase-8, and caspase-10.
