General description
A set of 3 certified buffer solutions of pH 4.01(phthalate), 7.00 (phosphate), and 10.00 (borate)? gravimetrically prepared at a registered calibration laboratory with high-quality reagents and water. The pH values of the buffers are measured using a combined glass electrode, following a 5-point calibration method. The measurements are made following DIN 19268 using reference buffer solutions compliant to DIN 19266, NIST, IUPAC, Ph. Eur, and USP. The pH values are strongly dependent on the temperature and therefore a constant temperature must be maintained during their use.
