General description
Inhibitor of mitosis. Has highly specific antimicrotubular activity for mammalian cells in culture. Promotes tubulin depolymerization. Also available as a 50 mM solution in DMSO (Cat. No. 487929).
Inhibitor of mitosis. Has highly specific antimicrotubular activity for mammalian cells in culture. Promotes tubulin depolymerization. Also acts as a high-affinity ligand for the cancer-related kinases ABL, c-KIT, BRAF, and MEK (Kd﹤2 µM).
