Application
Anti-GABA A Receptor α1 Antibody, cytoplasmic loop is an antibody against GABA A Receptor α1 for use in IP & WB.
Research CategoryNeuroscience
Research Sub CategoryNeurotransmitters & Receptors
Western blot: 1:1,000
Immunopreciptation: The antibody will immunoprecipitate 59% of all GABA A receptors in dodecysulfate extracts of rat forebrains (150 µL) using 15 µg of antibody.
Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.
