General description
New Ice consists of small pouch-style "ice cubes" (45 per package), each pouch is constructed from an FDA-approved high purity polyethylene film filled with approx. 20 mL of laboratory certified pure water. Frozen New Ice provides a great alternative to conventional ice. The pouches are durable, washable, and re-freezable. New Ice may be added to a warm liquid to cause rapid chilling and there is no accompanying dilution of the liquid as the water inside the pouches melts. New Ice is great for keeping samples cold!
