General description
Anaphase-promoting complex subunit 10 (APC10) is a component of the anaphase promoting complex/cyclosome (APC/C) which mediates the ubiquitination and subsequent degradation of target proteins. The individual mRNA and protein levels of the APC/C are expressed at approximately the same levels in most tissues and cell lines, suggesting that they perform their functions as part of a complex.
Immunogen
KLH-conjugated linear peptide corresponding to human APC10.
