Application

Soy PG or L-α-phosphatidylglycerol (Soy) (sodium salt) might be used:to study the interaction between phosphatidylglycerol (PG) and recombinant protein, AtROP6 (Rho-like GTPases), by comparing the classical protein lipid overlay (CPLO) and modified PLO (MPLO) assaysin liposome sedimentation assay, microscale thermophoresis (MST) assay, ROP6 activity assay and PG profile analysis, to study the role of PG in activation of ROP6 GTPase in Arabidopsisin liposomes to study its effect on mouse keratinocyte proliferation

Biochem/physiol Actions

Soy PG is known to effectively prevent keratinocyte proliferation. Thus, it can treat keratinocyte hyperproliferation.

General description

Soy PG is a phosphatidylglycerol (PG) mixture containing greater proportion of polyunsaturated fatty acids.
