Primary Targetβ-tubulin
Cell permeable: yes
General description
A cell-permeable pentafluorosulfonamide compound that covalently binds to β-tubulin and induces microtubule depolymerization and cell-cycle arrest by irreversibly modifying β-tubulin. T113242-induced activation of gene transcription has been shown to be mediated by the Erk signaling pathway and the transcription factor MIZ-1 (myc-interacting zinc finger protein).
