PBTTPD is a donor-acceptor based high crystalline conducting polymer. It has thieno[3,4-c]pyrrole-4,6-dione (TPD), which acts as the electron-withdrawing group. Bi(dodecyl)thiophene based donor groups facilitate the polymeric unit with crystallinity and low HOMO energy levels. It shows good hole mobility and open circuit voltage (VOC).
