General description

A competitive antagonist of Capsaicin (Cat. No. 211274) and resiniferatoxin. Capsazepine (1 µM) blocks capsaicin (60 nM) stimulated firing of C-fibers.

A competitive antagonist of the sensory neuron excitants capsaicin (Cat. No. 211274) and resiniferatoxin (Cat. No. 553975). Capsazepine (1 µM) blocks capsaicin (60 nM) stimulated firing of C-fibers.
