General description
Eomesodermin homolog (UniProt O54839; also known as T-box brain protein 2, T-brain-2, TBR-2) is encoded by the Eomes (also known as Tbr2, C77258) gene (Gene ID 13813) in murine species. Tbr2 is a member of a conserved protein family that shares a common DNA-binding domain, the T-box. T-box genes encode transcription factors involved in the regulation of developmental processes. Trb2 has been shown to play a role in the development of the neocortex and functions in the differentiation pathway of radial glia to post-mitotic projection neuron.
Immunogen
KLH-conjugated linear peptide corresponding to mouse Tbr2.
Epitope: Transcription Activation Domain
