General description
TNRC6B (trinucleotide repeat containing 6B) is a argonaute-associated protein that localizes to cytoplasmic P bodies and is essential for control of miRNA-guided mRNA cleavage. TNRC6B is one of the mammalian homologs of the metazoan GW182 and is required for well-organized miRNA repression. Studies suggest that TNRC6B-mediated miRNA silencing is promoted by the C-terminal silencing domain.
Immunogen
KLH-conjugated linear peptide corresponding to human TNRC6B.
Epitope: N-terminan domain of TNRC6B
