Application

Anti-FOXG1A antibody produced in rabbit is suitable for western blotting at a concentration of 5-8 µg/ml. For immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded tissue sections, a concentration of 4-8 µg/ml is suitable.

FOXG1A is a transcription repressor belonging to the forked-head family of transcription factors and has a regulatory role in the development of brain.
