General description

Mitochondrial transcription factor A (TFAM) belongs to the high mobility group proteins and is required for mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) maintenance. Studies have reported that human mtDNA is packed with TFAM.Rabbit Anti-TFAM (AB1) antibody recognizes bovine, canine, human, mouse, and pig TFAM.
