Application
Anti-SIPA1L1 Antibody is a highly specific rabbit polyclonal antibody, that targets Signal-induced proliferation associated-like protein 1 & has been tested in western blotting & IHC.
Immunohistochemistry Analysis: 5 µg/mL from a representative lot detected SIPA1L1 in human brain tissue.
General description
Signal-induced proliferation associated-like protein 1 (SIPA1L1), also called High-risk human papilloma viruses E6 oncoproteins targeted protein 1 (E6-targeted protein 1) is widely expressed and bound at the carboxy-terminus by Casein kinase I epsilon (CKIe) which leads to phosphorylation. SIPA1L1 activates RAP2A GTPase activity, aids reorganization of the actin cytoskeleton, recruits DLG4 to F-actin, regulates dendritic spine morphogenesis, and plays important roles in embryo development and cell proliferation.
Immunogen
KLH-conjugated linear peptide corresponding to human SIPA1L1.
Other Notes
Concentration: Please refer to the Certificate of Analysis for the lot-specific concentration.
Quality
Evaluated by Western Blotting in rat brain tissue lysate.
Western Blotting Analysis: 1 µg/mL of this antibody detected SIPA1L1 in 15µg of rat brain tissue lysate.
Target description
~200 kDa observed. Uncharacterized bands may appear in some lysate(s). Uniprot describes 2 isoforms at ~198 kDa and ~200 kDa
