Biochem/physiol Actions

RBPSUH is a DNA binding protein that activates a full transcriptional response but only demonstrates partial anti-apoptotic activity. RTA-mediated redirection of RBPSUH activity from repression to activation is critical for lytic viral replication.

General description

RBPJ is a transcriptional repressor that targets notch signaling. Studies have reported that it can activate the K14/vGPCR promoter of Kaposi′s sarcoma-associated herpesvirus (KSHV). Furthermore, RBPJ has also been implicated in the differentiation suppression of myogenic precursor cells.Rabbit Anti-RBPJ antibody recognizes human, bovine, canine, and mouse RBPJ.
