The Precellys lysing kits are dedicated to sample preparation for Precellys tissue homogenisers. Efficient and high-quality homogenisation of the tissues is essential before analysing the molecules of interest. Precellys Lysing Kits are specifically designed by Bertin Instruments to be used with Precellys tissue homogenisers. After optimised tissue lysis, the extraction of nucleic acids (DNA extraction, RNA extraction) is perfected using the DNA- and RNA-free guarantee of Precellys lysing kits.

• MK28 is designed for hard tissue grinding like muscle, skin, spincord, bone, teeth, hair, seeds, corn, rice and more
• Sample size range for 2mL tubes: from 20mg to 200mg tissue or 200microL to 1.6mL culture
• HOM1040 2mL kit includes 50 preps of 2.8mm stainless steel beads in 2mL standard tubes
