Ultra-low attachment surface is a unique covalently bound hydrogel surface that is hydrophilic and neutrally charged which minimises cell attachment.
Applications include:
- Growing primary cultures of tumour or adult stem cells
- Maintaining cells in a suspended unattached state
- Preventing stem cells from attachment – mediated differentiation
- Reducing binding of attachment and serum proteins to the substrate
- Preventing anchorage-dependent cells from dividing
- Supplied in packs of 24, individually wrapped
